Access to the site / To gain access to the site you must comply with the following:
You must access with your ticket previously acquired on our website. You can get it through the accreditation platform.
Wear a mask and do not remove it while inside the Madrid Arena.
Comply with the minimum safety distance criterion.
We’ll have staff support and control, we’ll implement queue management and safety mechanisms, as well as signage on the floor and in all common areas.
Inside the enclosure / Once you are inside the Madrid Arena you must comply with the following:
You must maintain a safety distance of 1.5m from other people.
Respect the capacity that we indicate in certain points or areas of the enclosure.
Avoid physical contact with other visitors.
Follow the recommendations of AFIAL staff and the indications displayed on signage and screens.
Inside the enclosure / Once you are inside the Madrid Arena you must comply with the following:

Safety protocols: there will be indications and recommendations at the venue through signage and the AFIAL staff.
Access to the enclosure for private transport will be through the M-30 in its southern direction through exit 18A to in its north direction through exit 17 to Casa de Campo – National Highway A5.
The main entrance is located at kilometer point 3,100 of Avda. De Portugal, although access for goods during the assembly and disassembly phases will be through Puerta del Ángel.
